Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This vital role offers significant opportunities for professional development within a revitalized administrative infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our commitment to excellence in SHEQ standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Duties

Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Booking travel and accommodation incuding hotels and rentals for operatives and colleagues, aswell as transport of equipment between sites
Support invoicing and bookkeeping processes
Assist with procurement activities by processing purchase orders and tracking supplies
Ensure office equipment is maintained and troubleshoot basic technical issues promptly
Maintaining a tracking system for live equipment and machinery on site, including onsite storage unit
Manage deliveries on site which may include occasional travel to site
Ordering of PPE and general office equipment

Experience

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, )
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and clerical responsibilities
Familiarity with office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting basic technical issues

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is standard, often requiring GCSEs (grades 9–5 / A*–C) including Maths and English
