Key responsibilities:
Carry out a weekly assessment of wear and tear of the building.
Work with the volunteer team to co-ordinate general maintenance activities.
Report summary to ops manager and agree a schedule and costing to address issues.
Maintain and oversee the seating and stand area to a good standard.
Empty & clean big bins outside and maintain the bin area to a good standard weekly
Maintain walls & skirting board etc to keep the appearance of the clubhouse to a high standard.
Oversee and co-ordinate the pitch maintenance both grass and AGP.
Oversee and co-ordinate the set up for pitches and clubhouse facilities according to bookings.
Key Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience in building maintenance
· Basic Computer skills
· Excellent organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail
· Experience of quote and budget management for projects
· Confident, enthusiastic, and professional manner
. Desirable Knowledge or interest in rugby or sports clubs
· Experience of grass pitch maintenance (course can be provided)
