Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse construction and maintenance projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, contributing to the successful completion of building, renovation, and repair works in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully paid and suitable for individuals with a proactive approach and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door hanging, kitchen fitting and finishing works with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct roofing repairs or installations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
Carry out construction painting, preparing surfaces and applying finishes as required.
any knowledge in the plumbing sector would be a bonus
Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, or concrete finishing.
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various tasks across multiple trades.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, pointing, rendering, plastering,kitchen fitting and tiling.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance environments.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different project requirements.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are desirable but not essential if extensive practical experience is demonstrated.
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety compliance at all times.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environmental conditions. This role offers an engaging environment for skilled tradespeople eager to apply their diverse expertise across multiple projects while contributing positively to our organisation’s success.

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
