We are looking for a confident, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Therapist to join our progressive, therapy-led practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and wants to fully utilise their skills, knowledge, and full scope of practice within a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking clinical team.

Your Role

As one of the first clinicians many of our new patients will meet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their experience and setting them on the path to long-term oral health and igniting a relationship built on trust.

You will be responsible for:

Carrying out comprehensive new patient assessments
Developing personalised preventive and periodontal treatment plans
Designing tailored hygiene and maintenance recall programmes
Providing patient education and motivating positive behavioural change
Opening and managing courses of treatment within your scope of practice
Delivering high-quality preventive, restorative, and periodontal care
Identifying patients who require referral for complex or out-of-scope treatment, ensuring seamless transition to our dentists

Position Details

4 days per week
To include Saturday working and flexibility for early starts and/or late evenings
35–40% remuneration, dependent on experience

Pay: £33.00-£100.00 per hour
