We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping businesses grow.

At Agent Marketer, we work exclusively with letting and estate agents across the UK, helping them generate more leads through paid advertising, funnel marketing, AI, automation and CRM systems.

This isn't a sales role.

It's a relationship role.

You'll become the trusted marketing partner for around 40 clients, helping them understand what's working, what needs improving and making sure they're getting fantastic results from their campaigns.

Your Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of around 40 marketing clients.

You'll become their first point of contact, making sure campaigns stay on track and clients always know what's happening.

You'll work closely with our paid ads team, automation specialists and leadership team to ensure every client receives an outstanding experience.

No two days are ever the same.

One day you might be reviewing campaign performance...

The next you'll be helping a client launch a new lead magnet, improving their CRM automation or discussing new marketing opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of marketing clients
Running monthly strategy and performance calls
Building strong client relationships
Reviewing campaign performance
Working alongside our paid ads team
Managing CRM automations
Helping clients understand funnel marketing
Coordinating monthly reporting
Managing client communication
Keeping CRM records up to date
Identifying opportunities to improve client results
Supporting internal projects and process improvements

We'd Love To Meet Someone Who...

Has previous experience managing marketing clients
Understands Meta advertising or digital marketing
Has experience with CRM systems or marketing automation
Is organised and proactive
Loves solving problems
Enjoys speaking with clients
Can explain marketing in simple language
Has an interest in AI and modern marketing technology
Takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked
Loves learning new skills
