About the Role

As an Events Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of promotional events and marketing campaigns. You'll be interacting directly with customers, representing well-known brands, and helping create engaging experiences that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the planning, setup, and execution of promotional events
Representing client brands professionally and confidently
Engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
Providing product and campaign information to customers
Helping ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
Working closely with colleagues to achieve campaign objectives
Gathering customer feedback and campaign insights
Contributing ideas to improve event performance and engagement
