Full job description

Job Description:

4th Battalion Security Ltd is currently recruiting professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team in the Birmingham area.

Available Shift Patterns:

4 shifts per week – 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)
3 shifts per week – 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)

Duties will include:

Gatehouse and access control monitoring
Registering and logging vehicles entering and leaving site
Conducting regular site patrols and security checks
Car park management and monitoring
Reporting incidents and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring site security procedures are followed at all times

Essential Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Own transport
