Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa offers a peaceful Warwickshire retreat surrounded by gardens and woodland. Currently welcoming guests as a Bed & Breakfast until April 2026, we provide comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, and a warm welcome - just minutes from Coventry, Kenilworth, and Warwick’s top attractions.

Perfect for exploring castles, countryside, and historic towns, Brandon Hall blends heritage charm with modern comfort for a relaxing escape.

The Role
We're looking for a passionate and organised Events Executive to join our busy events team. You'll be the face of Brandon Hall for our clients — guiding them from initial enquiry through to the day itself, ensuring every event is flawlessly executed and leaves a lasting impression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves bringing occasions to life.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming events enquiries promptly and professionally, converting leads into confirmed bookings
Conduct show rounds of the venue, showcasing our event spaces, grounds, and facilities to prospective clients
Plan and coordinate events end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout
Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, function sheets, and event orders
Liaise closely with the kitchen, operations, AV, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless delivery
Upsell additional services including accommodation, spa packages, catering upgrades, and AV equipment
Attend and oversee events on the day, resolving any issues quickly and ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in the booking system and support the wider sales and events team with administrative tasks
Help drive revenue by supporting the events sales strategy and contributing to monthly targets

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in an events, conference, or hospitality sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident with clients at all levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the events calendar

Desirable:

Experience using hospitality booking or CRM software (e.g. Delphi, Opera, or similar)
Knowledge of the Warwickshire / West Midlands events market
Experience coordinating weddings or large-scale corporate conferences
