An hourly rate of pay, with average annual earnings of £39,000, reflecting the value and trust we place in our officers

Your Working Pattern

We offer a structured rolling rota designed to give you predictability and a healthy work life balance:

12 hour shifts, covering Days (06:15 to 18:15) and Nights (18:15 to 06:15)
7 day shifts followed by 3 days off, then 7 night shifts followed by 4 days off
Every third weekend off
Relief work also available for those seeking flexible hours

What You Will Be Doing

As a Multi Skilled Security Officer, you will be at the heart of protecting people, property and assets for a major client site. Your role will be varied, hands on and genuinely valued, including:

Carrying out internal and external site patrols, including perimeter and fire door checks
Preventing unauthorised access to and within site perimeters and buildings
Liaising daily with our technical team to report any alarm, CCTV or gate issues
Working closely with departmental heads to resolve issues affecting property and assets
Responding promptly and professionally to all incidents and emergencies onsite
Managing site gatehouse operations
Overseeing site keys and incident report management
Identifying and reporting any health and safety breaches to keep everyone on site safe
Ensuring access and egress procedures are followed in line with company policy
Delivering excellent, courteous customer service at every interaction
Handling sensitive data responsibly and in line with company policy and GDPR regulations

What We Are Looking For

A full valid UK driving licence, as you will be required to drive company vehicles
A valid SIA licence
Confident computer literacy in Microsoft Office and bespoke systems (full training provided)
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
A genuinely customer focused approach, delivered with professionalism and compassion
The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
A strong team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
Flexibility to adapt to new requests beyond the core role when needed
Previous experience in security is preferred but not essential, we welcome applicants keen to build a career in the industry
