Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented EPOS Product/Price File Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining accurate product and pricing data within our electronic point of sale (EPOS) systems, ensuring seamless integration with supply chain and retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and a proactive approach to process optimisation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient merchandising and category management processes within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update product and price files within EPOS systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Analyse data to identify discrepancies, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure correct stock levels and pricing strategies are implemented.
Support warehouse management system (WMS) operations, including stock replenishment, materials handling, shipping & receiving, and inventory control.
Assist with root cause analysis related to pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at streamlining data workflows within the retail management environment.
Regular communications with stores teams, developing processes to ensure product scanning integrity.
Liaise with IT Providers concerning development and operational difficulties/improvements.
Support the store teams with EPOS operation through guidance, technical knowledge and problem solving.
Answer and redirect inbound phone calls as required
Ad Hoc Administration as required

Requirements:

Experience in administering Epos systems such as our Edgepos, CBE, Point4, ITS.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management Skills
Excellent organisational skills
Strong Microsoft office skills
Positive problem solving attitude.

Pay: £30,420.00 per year
