Your Role
- Deliver high-quality EYFS experiences that inspire learning and development
- Support children to achieve their full potential through engaging, child-led learning
- Contribute to exciting Forest School and outdoor learning opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with families from across Truro and the surrounding communities
- Work collaboratively within a large, experienced team of childcare professionals
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and education
- Support the continuous improvement and development of the setting
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working within a busy and dynamic nursery environment
- A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to professional development
- Passion for providing exceptional care and education
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive and ambitious nursery culture

All roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
All employees must subscribe to the DBS Update Service once their DBS has been processed.
