Finance Administrator - St Fergus, AB42 3EP

What you'll do:
-
General day-to-day administration duties of the office including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, processing payroll and any other required ad-hoc duties.

Assisting the Site Lead where required & covering in his absence
-
Processing Restaurant card payments, updating till maps and maintaining users
-
Assisting the General Services Manager with month end reports
-
Comply with all Sodexo Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations.
-
Ensure all company documentation is completed correctly and is compliant
-
To deputise in periods of absence of the General Services Manager
-
Cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness when requested
-
Support senior management with providing relevant information and presenting where applicable
What you'll bring:
-
A good understanding of Administration and Finance Tasks
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on, practical attitude.

Excellent attention to detail.
-
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
-
Computer literacy to include all Microsoft applications.
-
Good interpersonal skills enabling good relations with Customers, Clients and Colleagues
-
Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given
