Full job description

Job Overview
To provide administrative support to the Sales Administration team, ensuring customer orders, sales documentation, and related administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The role also provides support to the Sales and Operations team with invoicing, supplier administration, and general office duties while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently;
Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries;
Support production planning through the timely processing of customer orders;
Work closely with sales and production, planning to ensure customer requirements are met;
Raise customer sales invoices accurately and within agreed timescales;
Respond to customer enquiries relating to orders and invoicing;
Assist with month-end activities and account analysis;
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems;
Support audit and reporting requirements as required;
Support sales, purchasing and operational administration activities as required;
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business;
Provide support to the wider Operations and Sales teams as required;
Assist with general office administration duties.

Key Behavioural Competencies (Personal Characteristics)

Experience in a similar administrative role;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word;
Strong organisational and communication skills;
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines;
Good attention to detail;
Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
Experience within a sales administration or finance administration environment.

Personal Attributes

Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to prioritise workload effectively;
Customer-focused approach;
Able to work independently and use initiative;
Maintains composure when working under pressure.
Familiarity with financial systems such as SAGE or similar;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Pay: £12,345,678.00-£12,346,789.00 per day
