As part of the Easy Garden Group, 3PWELL Ltd is a growing third-party logistics provider delivering fast, flexible fulfilment solutions for eCommerce and B2B clients.
We manage the complete fulfilment process for our customers’ online sales channels and are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries in line with company procedures
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Counting stock and updating inventory records accurately
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as needed
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Aged 18+ and comfortable lifting up to 20kg throughout the shift
- Reliable, proactive, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a “Right First Time” approach
- Positive team player who can also work independently
- Comfortable working on your feet in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and a safety-first mindset
Desirable Experience
- Previous warehouse, logistics, retail, or manual handling experience
- Experience using handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Counterbalance forklift licence
