Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile tradesperson to join our team as a Bricklayer, Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, or Builder. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across different projects. Duties
- Constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical skills as required
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and efficiently
- Installing and repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, or structural components according to project specifications
- Assisting with roofing tasks and welding work where necessary
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of work
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to construction trades
- Experience in bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, roofing, welding or related fields
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
