About the role
The Attorney General’s Chambers is seeking an experienced and strategic legal leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Director of Prosecutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead the Island’s prosecution service, overseeing the delivery of high-quality criminal prosecution services and providing leadership across a wide range of complex and high-profile casework. Working closely with the Crown Officers and criminal justice partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of prosecution services within the Isle of Man.
As part of a highly respected and independent legal office, you will lead an experienced team of legal professionals, contribute to the development of criminal justice policy and standards, and help drive service improvement and modernisation across the justice system. This role offers the opportunity to undertake meaningful and varied work in a supportive professional environment while making a significant contribution to the administration of justice and the rule of law in the Isle of Man.
