Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within our West London location. This position is temporary for maternity leave cover, but a great opportunity to enter a leading business at Area Manager level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and a focus on achieving business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across approximately 20 stores.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals and expand market presence
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
Oversee profit & loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Manage projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and service delivery
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue streams
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement
Knowledge of profit & loss management and financial analysis skills
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering collaboration
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Effective communication skills tailored for diverse audiences including staff, clients, and stakeholders
Prior experience in sales or client relationship management is preferred
Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective solutions
