About DevScale
DevScale helps investors profit from land, planning and property development through two core services:
- Done With You (Education & Mentoring) – Helping clients learn how to secure profitable planning uplift opportunities themselves.

Working alongside our Head of Growth, you'll help monitor:
- Marketing KPIs.
- CRM performance.
- Email marketing.
- Content production workflows.
- Advertising performance.
- Sales pipeline reporting.
- Lead management.
You won't be creating the marketing strategy yourself, but you'll ensure the systems and accountability are in place for it to be executed effectively.
Planning Uplift Project Coordination
Around 25% of your role will involve supporting the operational delivery of our Done For You planning uplift projects.
This will include:
- Coordinating planning applications.
- Liaising with architects and planning consultants.
- Tracking project progress.
- Ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Supporting our Planning & Acquisitions Coordinator.
- Keeping project management systems updated.
- Preparing progress updates for investors.
You won't need planning experience—we'll teach you our process.
