Trainee HVAC Engineer (Fast Progression)

Poole

Up to 35,000 + Progression + In–house Training + Company Van + Fuel Card + Company Bonus + Overtime

Are you a Mechanical or Electrical engineer or similar looking to join a fast–growing company that invests heavily in their engineers offering on–the–job training and development as well as great opportunities for progression?

In this role the successful candidate would be Installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems and also have the opportunity to upskill and develop their career through on–the–job training and clearly laid out progression plans.

This role would suit an ambitious Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or similar who is keen to develop their skills and progress within a fast–growing company where they heavily invest in their Engineers which sets them up for long careers within the company.

The role:

Assisting senior HVAC engineers with projects
Training and career development
Installation, servicing and repairs of HVAC systems
General building maintenance both electrical and mechanical (HVAC related)

The Person:

Junior Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or similar with some hands–on experience
Keen for career development and progression
Previous experience with HVAC, building services or similar (Preferred)
