Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organisation’s online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with our online community. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about digital communication, public relations, and brand management to contribute to our growth and visibility.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or issues professionally and effectively.
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep strategies innovative and relevant.
Organise social media campaigns for product launches, events, or promotional activities.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in online communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
Experience in creating visual content or working closely with graphic designers is advantageous.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to utilise their expertise in social media management to enhance our organisation’s digital footprint.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milton Keynes (Buckinghamshire, South East Region)
