We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team.
The Chef de Partie role entails:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards
Ensure all food produced meets hygiene, quality, and safety standards
Manage stock for your section, including ordering and minimising waste
Maintain a clean, organised workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations
Work with the team to develop new dishes and refine current menu offerings
Ensure effective communication
Report any issues with equipment or ingredients to the Sous/Head Chef
Uphold high standards of food presentation and portion control
Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, safety, and allergen regulations
Support the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
