Atlon Professional Services is a fast-growing multi-brand business based in Salford, Greater Manchester. We operate three brands: Atlon Cleaning Services (commercial and residential cleaning across Greater Manchester), CleanOS CRM (a white-label AI-powered CRM and automation platform for Cleaning businesses), and CleanOS Training (training and digital resources for cleaning business owners).
We are technology-led, moving fast, and building something serious. Every function in our business runs through CRM, with custom automations, AI workflows, and conversion infrastructure built in-house. We are looking for a B2B Growth Manager who can own new business development and digital strategy across all three brands.
The Role
You will drive commercial growth across Atlon Professional Services, generating leads, closing B2B contracts, and managing paid and organic acquisition across multiple channels. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership. You will report directly to the Director and work across all three brands.
This is not a coordinator role. You will build funnels, run campaigns, manage accounts, and close deals. If you have spent years doing this work at a high level, you will thrive here.
What You Will Do
- Own new business development across Atlon Cleaning Services, and CleanOS
- Build and manage outbound prospecting sequences: cold email, LinkedIn, direct outreach
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok; own the full funnel from ad creative to close
- Design and manage GoHighLevel pipelines, automation workflows, and lead nurture sequences
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for commercial targets
- Create and manage inbound content and SEO strategies to support organic lead generation
- Build agentic AI workflows to improve prospecting efficiency and pipeline management
- Track KPIs across all acquisition channels and report weekly to the Director
- Represent Atlon at networking events, tenders, and B2B meetings where relevant
What We Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, or a combined commercial role
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel: funnels, automations, pipelines, CRM management (this is a firm requirement, not a nice-to-have)
- Proven track record running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads
- Experience with account-based marketing and structured outbound prospecting
- Practical experience with marketing automation and agentic AI tools
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and inbound marketing principles
- Commercially minded: you understand pipeline, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed; you manage your own time and deliver without hand-holding
- Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or property services industry
Desirable (Not Required)
- Product marketing experience, particularly for SaaS or digital products
- Background in a growth agency or multi-client environment

Location
Hybrid. Our operational base is at Eccles New Road, Salford, M50 1DN. Some in-person presence is expected, particularly during the first three months.
