Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Insolvency Drafting Reviewer to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing insolvency documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a dynamic legal environment. The position is paid and suitable for candidates eager to develop their expertise within insolvency procedures.

Duties

Review and assess insolvency drafting documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards.
Identify discrepancies or errors within draft documents and recommend necessary amendments.
Collaborate with teams to ensure documentation aligns with case requirements and procedural guidelines.
Maintain organised records of reviewed documents and track revisions effectively.
Assist in the preparation of finalised insolvency documentation for submission or further processing.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout all review processes.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interpret and convey complex information.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to document review, management, and data entry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in reviewing legal documents.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience in legal or insolvency drafting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to enhance their understanding of insolvency procedures whilst contributing to high-quality legal documentation review.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
