About the Role:
We are looking to recruit: 1 Social Care Assessor @ 37 hours per week.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. 9am to 4:30pm on Friday.
No work on weekends and bank holidays
- Providing a high-quality person-centred care and support service
- Delivering daily support to people such as personal care, administration of medication, daily activities, and support.
- Empowering the people who attend our day centre to lead fulfilling lives.
- Treating people who attend the day centre with Dignity and Respect
- Be enthusiastic and flexible.

About you:
- Experience is welcome but it is not required as full induction will be given along with all necessary training and support however if you are caring, friendly and have a commitment to enrich people’s lives whilst treating individuals with dignity and respect, we would welcome your application.
