Full job description

We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic football coaches to join our growing team and deliver high-quality sessions across schools and community programmes.

This is a hands-on role working with players of all abilities, helping them develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering before & after school clubs during the week
Running evening training sessions
Supporting and leading weekend sessions & fixtures
Creating fun, engaging, and structured coaching sessions
Acting as a positive role model for young players
Working alongside experienced UEFA & FA-qualified coaches

What We’re Looking For

FA Level 2 (UEFA C) licence or above (preferred)
Passion for coaching and player development
Strong communication and organisation skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
Experience working with children (schools or grassroots clubs)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
