Our Green Hill Farm Holiday Village is located in the heart of the New Forest and offers dog-friendly holidays and ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature. As a Gardens and Grounds Team Member , you’ll help maintain the park’s beautiful surroundings, carry out general repairs, and ensure our grounds are kept in top condition for our guests and owners.

What will you do?
- Planting & building of park planters and bedding areas, together with pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules
- Grass cutting using ride-on and walk behind mowers, together with strimming and edging work
- Watering of hanging baskets, and summer bedding
- Ensuring Park grounds, roadways, paths, bins, bin bays and public areas are clean and free from litter and loose debris
- Hard landscaping activities
- Completing daily site walks and having active guest interaction

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has experience in carrying out gardening tasks to a high standard, with a keen interest in horticulture. Knowledge of fertilisers and general repairs to equipment would be advantageous.
Experience of garden & grounds maintenance and will have a keen eye for detail, good people skills, basic horticultural knowledge and must be well organised. The ability to work as part of a team is also essential as is self-motivation, enthusiasm and reliability.
You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment. Most importantly you will be self-motivated and have experience of working in a team to support your colleagues.
