Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and retail management experience to contribute to a thriving retail environment. Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management of the retail store, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of customer service.
Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
Organise merchandising displays to maximise product visibility and optimise sales opportunities.
Manage stock levels, organise stock replenishment, and oversee inventory control procedures.
Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive team environment.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in planning promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintain administrative records, including sales reports, staff schedules, and stock documentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.

Experience

Proven management or supervisory experience within a retail setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational tasks is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative duties efficiently with good time management skills.
Previous experience in retail management or related roles involving team management and customer service is preferred. This role offers an engaging environment for proactive individuals eager to advance their career within retail management while delivering outstanding service to customers.
