Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing friendly, efficient service that makes everyone feel welcomed and valued. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will ensure smooth check-ins, seamless communication, and a warm atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details
Assist with multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guest needs
Uphold excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear and respectful communication at all times

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse range of guests effectively
Strong hospitality background with previous hotel or guest services experience preferred
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous
A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
