As our Improvement & Development Manager, you’ll work alongside senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams, turning insight into action and supporting programmes that deliver meaningful, lasting improvements in quality, equity and value.
Who we’re looking for:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent professional qualification) with a clear commitment to continuing professional development.
Strong programme/project and change management experience, ideally within complex health or public sector environments.
Confidence working with data: analysis, interpretation and presenting insight for different audiences.
Excellent stakeholder management—able to negotiate, influence and build effective partnerships across organisational boundaries.

What you’ll do:
Lead and sustain improvement programmes across short, medium and long timescales, so priorities translate into real-world change.
Develop the Collaborative’s business intelligence and insight, ensuring high-quality data informs planning, performance oversight and shared decision-making.
Embed improvement methodology and strong governance, championing benefits realisation and evidence of impact over time.
Work with partners and the Lead Provider (Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust) to strengthen service resilience, productivity and patient experience.
Communicate complex and sensitive information with clarity, empathy and influence, building alignment across multiple organisations.
