About the Role

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping residents safe across Plymouth. As an Multi-skilled Environmental Safety Operative (Asbestos), you’ll be part of a highly skilled, safety-focused team ensuring our homes meet the highest compliance standards.

As a site supervisor level, you’ll take charge on site, supervising operatives and ensuring asbestos removal and reinstatement works are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently.

You’ll be the goto person on site the first point of contact for HSE inspectors, tenants and customers keeping works moving and standards high. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate activity, resolve issues quickly and make sure every job is done right, first time.

About you

You’re a strong, handson supervisor who:

Has solid experience supervising asbestos works and managing operatives on site
Knows The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and ACOP L143 inside out
Communicates clearly and confidently with inspectors, tenants and colleagues
Takes pride in running safe, wellorganised and compliant sites
