About the role
In this role, you will support the University’s recruitment strategy by analysing data from Salesforce and other sources to provide clear, actionable insight. Reporting to the Student Recruitment Analytics and Insight Manager, you will work closely with global and domestic recruitment teams. Your analysis will help inform decisions around market prioritisation, conversion optimisation, pipeline growth, and enrolment performance across home and international recruitment.
You will be:
- Analysing the recruitment pipeline from lead through to enrolment, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Producing market insight to support planning and decision-making across different global and home regions.
- Working with marketing teams to evaluate campaign and survey performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Creating and presenting reports to support recruitment teams and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborating with colleagues across admissions, faculties, and recruitment teams to improve data and reporting processes.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working with Salesforce CRM data (Marketing Cloud or other CRM/Sales system) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience of working with large, varied, and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data clearly to key stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of home and international student recruitment performance metrics and datasets.
- Globally minded, culturally aware, and able to build relationships with remote teams across different time zones.
