Role Overview

We are looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position, working on a rota basis including alternate weekends. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced spa professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Alongside providing a high standard of treatments, you will play an important role in supporting the team and contributing to the ongoing development of the department. Full time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Delivering a range of spa treatments to the highest standard
Supporting and guiding the development and training of the spa team
Acting as a point of support for the team during shifts, helping to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
Supporting the maintenance of high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and operational procedures within the spa
Assisting with guest enquiries and supporting the resolution of any issues in a professional and timely manner
Contributing to the creation and enhancement of our treatment menu
Assisting with offers and promotions to drive business and guest engagement
Working closely with management and taking a proactive role in supporting the direction and success of the spa

Qualifications

A recognised Level 3 Spa Therapy qualification is essential
Previous experience in a spa environment, ideally at senior therapist or supervisory level
Demonstrable experience supporting, guiding or mentoring team members
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest care and service standards
The ability to take initiative, lead by example, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the spa
