We are one of the UK's leading independent Mercedes-Benz specialists, having built an outstanding reputation over many years and sold more than 15,000 Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Alongside our successful sales operation, we operate a busy on-site service and repair centre, delivering exceptional vehicles and customer service.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work.
This is not a desk job. One day you could be cleaning a vehicle ready for collection, the next delivering a customer's car, assisting with a sale, helping in the workshop, collecting parts, or speaking to customers. If you're the sort of person who enjoys variety and is happy to turn your hand to whatever needs doing, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and preparing vehicles to our high presentation standards.
- Delivering and collecting customer vehicles.
- Assisting with vehicle sales and customer handovers.
- Helping customers in person and over the phone.
- Supporting the sales and service departments with daily operations.
- Carrying out basic administrative tasks.
- Assisting the workshop whenever required.
- Collecting parts and running business errands.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and professional dealership.
- Supporting the Sales Manager and Company Director with a wide variety of tasks.
- Doing whatever is needed to keep the business running smoothly.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and happy with a hands-on role.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
Desirable
- Previous experience within the motor trade.
- Experience in vehicle preparation, sales, service or workshop environments.
- Mercedes-Benz knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

Location
Because reliability is essential, applicants living within approximately 20 miles of the dealership will be preferred.

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,500.00 per year
