- Typical working hours 9:00am–4:00pm, with occasional cover shifts between 7:00–9:00am or 5:00–8:00pm

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to supervise and support a team of cleaners in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and act as the point of contact between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned areas
Lead, motivate, and support the cleaning team to meet performance standards
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; submit orders as needed
Report maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Ensure staff adhere to safety protocols and company policies Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and inspect sites
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekend Work: as & when needed
