Digital Marketing Account Manager

SEO Customer Service - Altrincham - 37.5 hours

Salary 25- 27K

Hybrid working after probation

Are you passionate about helping small businesses online?

We are looking for an account manager/customer service specialist to join our Local SEO Team, delivering next-level customer service and digital marketing services on a hugely varied portfolio of clients.

What to expect as a Digital Marketing Account Executive?

You will be helping to manage the overall client experience on behalf of Add people. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use or develop wider digital marketing skills, with the primary purpose of the role being:

Managing client relationships
Reporting on results
Recommending changes and improvements to campaigns
Introducing new opportunities for clients to improve their digital marketing presence.
