Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000 - £65,000+

Angel Property Finance is a specialist bridging and refurbishment lender providing fast, flexible finance solutions to property investors, landlords and developers across England and Wales.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Broker & Partnerships Manager to help expand our introducer network and generate new lending opportunities.

The Role
The Broker & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with mortgage brokers, packagers, introducers and property professionals to generate new lending opportunities for the business.
You will act as a key representative of Angel Property Finance, promoting our products, attending meetings and networking events, and helping brokers understand how we can support their clients.
The role is focused on business development, relationship management and opportunity generation rather than case processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, packagers and property professionals.
- Generate new lending opportunities for the business.
- Attend broker meetings, networking events and industry functions.
- Promote Angel Property Finance's bridging and refurbishment products.
- Qualify enquiries and gather initial information.
- Work closely with the underwriting and case management teams.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Build long-term introducer relationships and increase broker engagement.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience in mortgages, bridging finance, specialist lending, estate agency, recruitment or business development.
- Knowledge of the property finance market.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Existing industry contacts.

Commission Structure
Commission is paid on completed lending opportunities generated by the Broker & Partnerships Manager.
The role is rewarded based on successfully originating lending opportunities that complete, creating a direct link between performance and earnings.
