Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 360 Excavator Operator/Groundworker to join our team.
Duties
- Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently to undertake excavation, loading, and other tasks
- Support labouring tasks such as moving materials, assisting with site set-up and maintaining a clean work environment
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure safety and operational standards are met
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are achieved while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Support in the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment on-site as required
Requirements
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks and troubleshoot machinery issues
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform labouring duties and operate machinery for extended periods
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in plant operation and seeking a hands-on position as part of a team.
Pay: From £14.14 per hour
