- Operating machinery and equipment in line with site standards
- Monitoring product quality and carrying out basic checks
- Supporting changeovers, set‑ups, and routine cleaning
- Following health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
- Working as part of a shift team to meet daily production targets
Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and supervisors
We’re looking for reliable, safety‑focused individuals who take pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a fast‑paced environment (desirable, not essential)
- A positive attitude and strong team‑working skills
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts
