Function: Performance Marketing | Meta & TikTok Advertising

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Salary: £28,500–£40,000 DOE

Location: Remote (UK) or Hybrid from our Cotgrave, Nottingham office (preferred)

Meta is currently our biggest acquisition channel, but we're investing heavily in expanding into TikTok and other paid platforms, giving you the opportunity to help shape where we go next.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our paid social campaigns across Meta and, as we grow, TikTok.

Working closely with our content and marketing team, you'll help develop creative testing plans, launch campaigns, analyse performance and continuously look for opportunities to scale profitable customer acquisition.

You'll have the freedom to test ideas, challenge assumptions and influence the direction of our marketing.

What You'll Be DoingPaid Social Management

Own the day-to-day management of Meta advertising across our brands.
Build, launch and optimise campaigns focused on profitable customer acquisition.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Monitor account performance daily and identify opportunities before problems arise.
Support the rollout of TikTok advertising as we expand into new channels.

Performance & Analysis

Analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, GA4 and reporting dashboards.
Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Turn performance data into clear actions that improve results.
Monitor KPIs including MER, CAC, ROAS, CPA and customer acquisition efficiency.

Creative Collaboration

This is one of the most important parts of the role.

You'll work closely with the rest of our marketing team to improve creative performance.

That means:

identifying winning hooks
spotting creative fatigue
recommending new concepts
suggesting fresh testing angles
helping shape future content based on real customer behaviour

The better the creative performs, the better the business performs.

Team Collaboration

You'll collaborate daily with the wider marketing team across content, email, website optimisation and customer acquisition.

The best ideas rarely come from one person.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working together, sharing ideas and helping everyone improve.

We'd Love Someone Who...

Has 2+ years running paid social campaigns.
Has strong Meta Ads Manager experience.
Has TikTok Ads experience (or is excited to build it).
Understands DTC ecommerce.
Loves analysing numbers.
Equally enjoys discussing creative ideas.
Is commercially minded.
Can prioritise effectively.
Takes ownership.
Wants to keep learning.

What You'll Get

£30,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience.
Remote working, with our Cotgrave office available whenever you'd like to collaborate (our preference is a hybrid arrangement, but we'll prioritise finding the right person).
