Harrisons Court will offer high-quality residential, respite, and dementia care within a stunning, state-of-the-art 72-bed home featuring modern bedrooms, spacious dining and living areas, and thoughtfully designed communal spaces.

What you will receive as a Receptionist;
- £13 per hour
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Based in Radcliffe-on-Trent
What you will receive as a Weekend Receptionist;
- £13 per hour
- Part-time, permanent contract
- 15 hours per week
- Every Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 5pm
- Based in Radcliffe-on-Trent
What you will be doing as a Receptionist;
- Greet and respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner
- Make sure all electronic records are maintained
- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls to various third parties, including Doctors, Social Workers, Resident Families, etc.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Operative accordingly
- Maintain petty cash records
- Show visitors around the care home in the absence of the Manager
- Provide general administration support to the Manager as required

What you will need to be successful as a Receptionist;
- Experience working within a caring environment (not essential)
- The ability to communicate well and make others feel welcome and comfortable
- Willingness to develop new skills
- A warm, friendly and calming disposition
- Be IT illiterate with experience in using Microsoft Office packages.
