Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Night Loader to join our dynamic team. This is a physical role requiring good levels of fitness and strength. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods.
Participate in picking & packing orders accurately for timely dispatch.
Assist in shipping & receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space.
Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Forklift truck license is desirable but not essential.
Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment is advantageous.
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing is required. Join us in maintaining an efficient warehouse environment where your contributions will be valued!

Hours of Work

50 hours per week

16:00pm - 02:00am Monday to Friday

Including a 45 minute paid break

Bonus Scheme

£100pm bonus upon achieving set KPIs

Additional unsociable hours premium £300 - subject to T's & C's
