Motorhome Sales Specialist

Working Location:

Onsite mainly with occasionally travel

Set Weekends

Salary & Commission:

· £20,000 Salary

· Target: 70 Units Per Year

· Expected OTE: £60000 - Uncapped

Within your role, commission can be achieved through the following schemes:

· Vehicle Sales

· Add-Ons

· Monthly Bonus’s

· Annual Bonus’s

The Role:

Although the business is structured into individual departments, we operate with a strong sense of shared purpose. Our success comes from working collectively towards common goals, and teamwork is central to everything we do. While you will have defined responsibilities within your own department, your role is not limited to it. Supporting colleagues across the business is part of our day-to-day culture, and it is not uncommon for team members to step in and help others to ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes for both the business and our customers.

Day To Day: (But Not Limited To)

· The handling and successful conversion of customer enquiries

· Quoting retail finance

· Proactively overseeing vehicles from the sold stage to customer handover

· Frequent reorganisation of the vehicle forecourt to ensure optimal display for customers

· The photographing and uploading of stock vehicles to our website

· Assisting the service department with transporting your sold vehicles to any local warranty/repair appointments if necessary

· Co-ordinate with the service department when existing customers contact you and require support

Occasional:

· Mandatory participation at trade shows throughout the UK (Example: https://www.mcshow.co.uk/)

· Transportation of stock vehicles between our two branches

Experience:

Previous experience in motorhome or caravan sales is highly advantageous, but we also welcome applications from candidates with a strong background in leisure or luxury sales.

· Confident delivering detailed motorhome walkarounds and demonstrations

· Organised and accurate with sales administration, finance documents, and handovers

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Comfortable working as part of a team

Requirements:

· Valid UK Driving License

· Own transport (We do not facilitate company cars)

· Competent at Mathematics

· Competent at IT

· Competent at written English

Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
