We have an exciting new vacancy for a Room Attendant to join our team at Britannia Hotel in Birmingham. The Britannia Hotel Birmingham is a 214 bedroom-hotel which is ideally situated in the heart of the city and offers amazing transport links with all major train stations being within a few minutes’ walk.

Your duties will include:

Cleaning guest bedrooms to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for arrival
Working efficiently to meet daily room targets within set timeframes
Supporting the housekeeping team with general duties as required
Reporting any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper
Helping to maintain organisation within the linen room
Delivering excellent customer service at all times

About you:

Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
A positive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic
Good attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
