HR Assistant and Client Engagement Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR/Client Engagement Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a bridge between our human resources department and our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient data management, and exceptional support. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to a vibrant workplace environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in human resources, client engagement, and social media management while supporting our organizational goals.

Duties

Support client engagement initiatives through effective communication via email, phone calls, and social media channels
Maintain accurate records of employee information and client interactions.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and training sessions while ensuring timely follow-up
Manage social media accounts to promote company events, updates, and engagement campaigns
Provide administrative support by preparing reports, processing documentation, and handling correspondence efficiently
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with data privacy policies and internal procedures

Requirements

Strong understanding of human resources principles and best practices
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to engage effectively with clients and team members
Experience in social media management to support employer branding efforts
Demonstrated administrative experience with attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools like PeopleSoft or other HR systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £13.00 per hour
