Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and maintain the quality assurance processes within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong analysis skills and expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001

Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections to ensure compliance.
Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in a quality assurance or management role within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of quality.
Relevant qualifications in quality management or related fields are preferred.
Organised, proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail. This position offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly influence product safety and organisational success. We value dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of quality management.

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
