That is what we need help protecting.
About the role
This is a hands on role with a mix of cleaning, checking standards, reporting issues and helping us make sure properties are fully guest ready before check in.
Some days you may be cleaning a property yourself.
Other days you may be checking a property after another cleaner has attended.
You will be an extra pair of trusted eyes for the business, helping us spot small issues before they become guest complaints.
The role may include:
- Cleaning short term rental properties after guest check out
- Making beds and checking linen/bedding
- Checking sofa beds are clean, prepared and guest ready
- Cleaning and checking kitchens, bathrooms, floors, worktops and living areas
- Checking that the property smells fresh and feels properly presented
- Spotting missing items, damage or poor standards
- Taking clear photos/videos of any issues
- Completing simple inspection forms
- Reporting maintenance concerns clearly
- Helping identify whether an issue may need a cleaner, handyman, plumber, electrician, locksmith or other trade
- Helping us keep standards consistent across the portfolio
You do not need to be a builder or tradesperson.
But you do need to be practical, switched on, reliable and confident enough to say when something is not good enough.

This could suit someone with experience in:
- Airbnb cleaning
- Serviced accommodation cleaning
- Hotel housekeeping
- Cleaning supervision
- Property inspections
- Lettings/property management
- Facilities or maintenance coordination
- High standard domestic cleaning
Working hours
Most work will be during guest changeover times, usually between 11am and 3pm.
Weekend availability is important, as weekends are often our busiest changeover days.
The amount of work may vary each week depending on bookings and property needs.
Requirements
- Cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Own phone required
- Own transport preferred
- Based in or near Liverpool
- Weekend availability preferred
- Comfortable with physical work including cleaning, changing beds and carrying light items
- Able to follow checklists and report issues clearly

Pay will depend on the type of visit and work required.
