We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
- Valid driver's licence is a plus but not essential.
