£150 Summer Joining bonus payable in first months' pay.

Are you available to work for both or one of these shifts?

o 6:45 am – 2:00 pm

o 3:45 pm – 10:00 pm

Are you 18 or over?
Do you live in Pembrokeshire, or are you relocating?
Do you own a car and have a valid driving licence?
Are you happy to upgrade your car insurance for work purposes? [You will not be carrying clients in your car. Any additional costs will be reimbursed through fortnightly mileage allowances].

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU,

Social Care Induction Framework training before you start caring.
Senior carers will show you how to care for clients before your added to the rota.
Choose which days to work.
Have 2 weekends off every month.
£13.45 per hour Monday to Friday.
£13.76 per hour Saturday and Sunday.
Guaranteed 6.5 hours pay between 6.45 am to 2.00 pm.
Guaranteed 5.75 hours pay between 3.45 pm to 10.00 pm.
Travel time between clients’ properties at £13.45 an hour.
Miles traveled between clients' properties paid at 45 pence per mile every fortnight directly into your bank.
Rest breaks in line with working time regulations.
2 week rota 2 weeks in advance.
Work locally majority of time in 1 of our 6 teams.
Additional payments for travelling out of local area.
Contracted hours and shift patterns for a comfortable work-life balance.
Monthly pay 23rd of each month.
Bank holidays paid at time and a half and Double time on Christmas day.
