We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Maths practitioner who can deliver inspirational teaching and learning. We are looking for candidates with experience teaching Maths at GCSE level and a genuine passion for the subject, with the ability to motivate, challenge and support learners to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of effective teaching, using a range of engaging and innovative approaches, including the use of Information Learning Technologies and personalised learning plans. You will be responsible for managing and supporting diverse groups of learners across GCSE Maths programmes, with the potential to deliver Functional Skills Maths where required. Learners will come from a variety of vocational areas, including those resitting Maths as part of their study programme.
This role requires a clear understanding of strategies to raise learner performance, alongside the ability to use monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure strong student progress.
