About Motorlet

Motorlet is an FCA-authorised, BVRLA-member vehicle leasing broker based in Royston, Hertfordshire. We arrange personal and business contract hire for customers across the UK, working with major funders and dealer groups to secure competitive stock and pricing. We are a growing team, and this is a new role created to professionalise how our deals get to market.

Purpose of the role

Our Commercial Director negotiates stock, discounts and terms with dealers and funders. Your job is everything that happens between that deal being agreed and a customer seeing it: getting it priced, published, and promoted quickly and accurately (and keeping it accurate for as long as it is live). You own the speed, accuracy and consistency of execution.

Key responsibilities

Website and merchandising

Maintain vehicle pricing, stock availability, colours and lead times on the Motorlet website
Build and update special offers, homepage and category banners, and promotional messaging (e.g. free home charger offers)
Remove expired or unavailable deals promptly; ensure nothing advertised is undeliverable

Comparison-site feeds

Own the pricing feeds to comparison platforms
Check advertised pricing is live, correct and positioned as intended (e.g. target top-3 placements on priority deals)
Monitor competitor pricing and flag where we are being beaten or where opportunity exists

Sales team enablement

Produce a regular briefing so the sales team always knows the live priority deals
Maintain a central, current list of stock opportunities and their status
Flag deals that are not generating enquiries so pricing or placement can be reviewed

Data and process

Work with our CRM & Marketing Executive where website, CRM and data overlap
Keep clear records of when prices and offers were published, changed and withdrawn

What good looks like

Speed to market: agreed deals live on website and feeds within an agreed SLA
Accuracy: zero live pricing errors; zero expired deals advertised
Coverage: priority deals achieving target comparison-site placement
Sales enablement: briefing issued on schedule every week

About you

Extremely organised, numerate and fast, with genuine obsession for accuracy and detail
Very strong on Excel - comfortable with lookups, large pricing files and bulk updates, plus confident with web content management systems and data feeds
Comfortable managing high volumes of repetitive, deadline-driven work without errors
Clear written communicator - your briefings will be read by the whole sales team
